You have two options to subscribe:
1. Web Feed subscription where you would not need to enter any email address. However, you would need to add the feed link by subscribing through feed readers like, for example, Google Reader. New posts on my blog will be syndicated via this feed to your feed reader.

2. Follow Blog / Email subscription where you would need to enter a valid email address where you will be notified of new posts via email only. If you’re a WordPress user, simply click the “Follow” button and if you’re aren’t enter a valid email address and click “Sign me up!”.
